Hoffman Polland & Furman PLLC offers extensive experience in finance for both the borrower and the lender.  On behalf of the borrower, we negotiate for their financing on the most favorable terms possible.  On behalf of the lender, we provide for the greatest security for the loan made. We represent our borrower clients in commercial loans and other forms of financing. We also have substantial experience in the representation of major lending institutions with respect to the closing of complex multi-state commercial loan transactions.

We have successfully handled financings from $100,000 to $160,000,000, including term and revolving facilities, asset-based and real estate loans, participations and inter-creditor arrangements and SBA and EDA involvements. We have drafted and negotiated sophisticated loan commitments, credit agreements, mortgages and other loan documentation on behalf of lenders, as well as analyzing and negotiating similar documentation on behalf of borrowers. Our firm has also completed financial transactions which involve hospitals and other Article 28 licensed entities. These transactions included dealings with New York State Dormitory Authority and HUD with respect to bond financing issues and approvals.
