Robert A. Eagan is a graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder. He is a member of the bar of the States of New York and Colorado and of the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Eagan has experience in the representation of physicians and physician groups including the drafting and negotiation of employment and shareholder agreements, partnership and limited liability company agreements, the sale of professional practices and the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Eagan also has experience in the representation of health care institutions including the drafting and negotiation of contracts for equipment and services, institutional policies, procedures and bylaws, environmental matters and general day to day business matters.

He has also represented a provider of non-physician services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and hearing services and special education with regard to licensure and day to day business operations. Mr. Eagan also has experience in all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, hearings and appellate practice.
