Kyle T. Lynch, received his Juris Doctrine from Hofstra University Law School in 2003, when he formed the Law Firm of Lynch Legal Associates, LPP. Mr. Lynch practice areas include Civil Litigation, Cooperate/Business Law, Real Estate Law and Will, Trusts and Estates. Mr. Lynch has litigated a wide variety of matters in the area of business and commercial litigation, including numerous breach of contract cases, including vendor and service agreements, distribution and manufacturing agreements, licensing agreements, real estate and construction cases, including actions for specific performance of contracts for sale of real property, commercial lease disputes, restrictive covenant cases. Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice law in New York State, United States Tax Court, as well as the United States District Court’s Eastern and Southern Districts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York County Bar Association, and the New York Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Lynch is listed in Who’s Who in American Law.
